Help improve the foreign language spell checking.

We have added spelling checkers for French, German, Italian, Spanish and Norwegian. These will improve with some tuning. If you speak these languages you will be able to help us.

Spelling is based on three things.

1. A word list. The wordlist we have used are from the internet. If you think they need amendment, please tell us.

2. Some rules, eg for english, where we see 'f' we try 'ph'. If you can provide rules like this it will help us.

3. Homonyms eg in english 'right' and 'write'. We would welcome homonyms for other languages.
